Who created the immortality jutsu that Orochimaru used?

I doubt that it's Oro because when he fought the 3rd and showed him his face as a woman... the 3rd said, "You even mastered that forbidden jutsu?"
then he created it? I'm just wondering. I need to gather facts since Chapter 382 and episode 39 from Shippuuden. It would help a lot if someone knows. Arigatou Gozaimasu.

khả năng dùng English và Japanese của Jet khá tôt ^^, anh học mãi mà vẫn ghi sai chữ "Arigatou Gozaimasu ^^"

vả lại, "mastered" có thể tạm trans là "làm chủ"

Làm chủ đc 1 "forbidden jutsu" (anh tạm dịch là cấm thuật) thì chưa chắc gì đã tạo ra nó ^^

làm chủ đc có nghĩa là "sử dụng đc thành thạo", chứ ko phải là "người tạo ra nó"

vậy là tiếp tục... nghiền ngẫm xem ai tạo ^^
